But it seems that the loved up pair are reverting to dating like teenagers, as they were spotted driving in Simon's topless convertible puffing on cheeky cigarettes in LA on Friday. Simon, 54, and Lauren, 36, looked like they were enjoying their mischievous smoke, as Simon was spotted smiling and holding his cigarette in place with his lips as he took control of the wheel.
Lauren meanwhile smoked more of an elegant smoker in the passenger seat, holding the cigarette at arms length whilst adjusting her large round sunglasses.

The British X Factor star chatted amicably with Lauren who smiled from her passenger side, both wearing shades to protect their eyes from the sun's glare.

The 54-year-old media mogul beamed a boyish grin as he treated his lady love Lauren Silverman to a bite and then a cruise around Beverly Hills in his slick set of wheels.Simon commanded the controls of the shiny black convertible with the air of one who knows how much it cost and doesn't care because it was worth every cent.
Simon weaved through traffic expertly before stopping off at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant where the pair enjoyed a leisurely lunch.
They were spotted strolling hand-in-hand through the inner alley lined with posh shops.
Lauren, who just gave birth to the couple's son Eric in February, was amazingly svelte in skinny blue jeans and a billowy white tank top.
The 36-year-old brunette wore brown sandals and at one point lifted up her sunglasses and rested them on top of her head.

Simon was soon spotted driving them away while puffing contentedly on a cigarette.

'I was born to be a dad,' Simon told TV show Extra last month, adding: 'I actually said to Lauren beforehand, "What if I like the dogs more than him?"
'And she said, "You're gonna be absolutely fine," and then literally within seconds of him being born, I got it.'
