President Jonathan Signs 2014 Budget

President Goodluck Jonathan this morning has signed the 2014 budget into law. According to the Ministry of Finance, the signing followed the completion of statutory legislative processes.


The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, will brief journalists later today about it.

Rihanna has left Def Jam, and signed with Jay Z’s Roc Nation label, which he moved from Columbia Records to Universal a little under a year ago. Def Jam no longer has Rihanna officially listed as an artist, whereas Roc Nation does (she was previously only listed under management, as she’s been managed by Roc Nation for some time now). This is a huge boost for Roc Nation, who now has 3 legitimate superstars on their label: Rihanna, Jay Z &  J. Cole . We’re expecting a new Rihanna album some time this year, so it’ll be interesting to see how that goes. This will be her first album since 2012?s  Unapologetic , and the first time in her career she’ll be releasing an album through a label other than Def Jam.

Kim Kardashian loves her leather trousers and on Friday she made everyone stand to attention in a skintight red pair. The reality star went for lunch in Calabasas with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, and her mother Kris Jenner, while filming their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. As Kim and Khloe both opted for head-turning outfits, they left their elder sister Kourtney looking lacklustre in her casual ensemble. He was recently left on the side of the road after his motorbike broke down. But Harry Styles didn't seem to have any problems on Wednesday as he went out for a ride on the two-wheeled mode of transport in Beverly Hills.  The One Direction star certainly looked the part with his jet black helmet and aviator sunglasses on. He looks the part: Harry Styles wore a jet black helmet and aviator sunglasses as well as a thick sand-coloured jacket and a pair of matching biker gloves as he went out on his motorbike for the day in Beverly Hills The 20-year-old singer teamed his look with a thick sand-coloured jacket and a pair of matching biker gloves.
