He COLE the show! The Voice winner Jermain gets the seal of approval from Cheryl in unexpected phone call to will.i.am during the final

She may be a judge on rival TV talent show The X Factor, but Cheryl Cole has offered her seal of approval to The Voice winner.Following the live performance from Jermain Jackman, the former Girls Aloud star called her manager - fellow Voice mentor Will.I.Am - to offer her congratulations.
Unfortunately, in a case of either bad timing or shameless PR, the call - which was received on the Black Eyed Peas' star's watch - came during the live final.

Rihanna has left Def Jam, and signed with Jay Z’s Roc Nation label, which he moved from Columbia Records to Universal a little under a year ago. Def Jam no longer has Rihanna officially listed as an artist, whereas Roc Nation does (she was previously only listed under management, as she’s been managed by Roc Nation for some time now). This is a huge boost for Roc Nation, who now has 3 legitimate superstars on their label: Rihanna, Jay Z &  J. Cole . We’re expecting a new Rihanna album some time this year, so it’ll be interesting to see how that goes. This will be her first album since 2012?s  Unapologetic , and the first time in her career she’ll be releasing an album through a label other than Def Jam.

Another Nyanya bus station bomber arrested

Another Nyanya bomber has been arrested. Abubakar Sadiq Ogwuche (pictured above) was arrested today in Sudan where he was hiding after the Federal government placed a N25m reward on his head. He was arrested by Interpol with help from DSS and will be extradited to Nigeria to face charges of terror. This makes it a total of six suspects so far arrested. DSS on Monday  paraded  five suspects. Ogwuche is said to be a student of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, Sudan. He is British born and is the son of retired Col. Agene Ogwuche. He served in the Intelligence Unit of the Nigerian Army at Child Avenue, Arakan Barracks, Lagos, between 2001 and 2006 and was arrested in 2011 for being involved in terror activities but was released on bail to his father.
