She was hospitalised just a day ago after apparently suffering from internal pains.
But on Thursday, Kris Jenner, 58, was captured back in business, perfectly poised in a figure-hugging, all-black ensemble alongside her doting army of production assistants in Studio City.
The Kardashian matriarch showed she wasn't going to let a passing bout of illness interfere with filming duties, and appeared to be healthy and in good spirits beside her camera crew.

Jenner checked into a hospital on Wednesday in Thousand Oaks after experiencing internal pains, an appointment that resulted in the matriarch undergoing a scan for good measure, E! News reports.
According to TMZ, The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star sought treatment alongside her Olympian husband, Bruce Jenner, who escorted his estranged wife to the appointment for comfort.
The reality star has since stated to E! that she's feeling 'great' following the hospitalisation, which is clearly why she felt she was well enough to get straight back to work.

The momager appeared to be content and was showing off a healthy complexion highlighted by her natural make-up.As usual, the mother-of-six was dressed to impress and sported a figure-hugging black frock with white trim and cuffs.
No other members of Kris' famous family were seen with her on this occasion as she filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
